Our mission: to support, inspire and grow leaders.

 

 

Our membership: is by recommendation, invitation, and membership fee, and is made up of MDs and CEOs from Norfolk businesses and charities.

Our method: to bring current leaders (and future leaders) into close engagement with each other. We meet six times a year.

Our inspiration comes from engaging closely with our peers, and with young people; and from Norfolk's greatest leader Admiral Lord Nelson. 

Our purpose: to improve the quality of leadership in Norfolk for the benefit of our community.
