We are an independent and self funding leadership movement of Norfolk leaders. We are for leaders run by leaders. By "helping others" we believe we can together, deliver improved wealth, employment and build a better community.

The Fleet: 6 times a year, leaders from business and from charities, engage closely with their peers. The main focus is on supporting and growing each leader (not networking). We do this by encouraging everyone to focus on others in the group. By helping others, you grow yourself; and by doing so you grow your business, and grow the wider community. Membership is by recommendation, invitation, and membership fee. 

 

We also run the Norfolk Future Leaders Programme (not for profit)  - where we invite young people to engage with today's leaders to help them develop.

 

Our inspiration comes from our peers but also from Norfolk's greatest leader Admiral Lord Nelson.
