Nelsonspirit is an independent social impact business, providing leadership development through peer and leadership mentoring. It is funded by its crew members, and was established by businessman Nigel Cushion in 2008. It is based in Norfolk England, and is inspired by the spirit of Horatio Nelson. In addition to supporting, encouraging and developing the leaders of today, we offer internships, mentoring and financial support to the leaders of tomorrow.
